Q) Why didn't I receive a tracking number for my order?
    A) Your order's tracking number(s) will be automatically emailed to you once the shipment has left the warehouse. If you do not see your tracking information in your email client's inbox, please check your spam folder.

        Q) Why didn't I receive the tracking number sooner in the day?
        A) UPS will pick up your order at the end of our business day and takes it to their distribution center. Upon arrival, the tracking number will be assigned and sent back to our shipping system and attached to the automated shipping confirmation email.

        Q) Why didn't I receive set up instructions with my order?

        A) At Bownet, we strive to be as eco-friendly as possible. With our easy-to-set-up nets, we kindly ask you to visit our Bownet Youtube Channel and/or read the downloadable PDF versions of the set up instructions provided on the product's detail page.

            Q) Why does my soccer goal's netting seem to big for the frame?
              A) If you purchased a soccer goal that is larger than 4' x 8', then you have telescoping rear frame. This telescoping frame will extend to fit your specific goal.               Q) You sent me the wrong soccer goal- the frame is too small.

              A) The frame you have received is designed to telescope out. Before you can open any joints, place the center hinge on the ground at your feet and hold the other hinges at your chest. Pull the frame upwards until it clicks and locks. Now you can feel free to open the frames hinges and set up as usual.                        Q) Why are there dents in my frame?
                  A) Most of the portable nets and goals Bownet manufacturers have a design element that requires a "dimple bend" in the ground frame.

                      Q) Does Bownet ship to Canada?
                        A) Unfortunately, we do not ship to Canada. However, Bownet has a distributor in Canada who carries a full line of Bownet products. Please feel free to contact them directly with the following information:

                                   Q) When will my order arrive ?
                              A) Typically, it takes between 2 - 5 business days depending on the shipping location.

                                  Q) If I place an order today, will it ship today ?
                                    A) We do strive to get most orders out in one business day, however, it could take 2 business days from the day you placed your order.

                                               Q) Does the Bownet store price match other online stores?
                                          A) Unfortunately, we do not price match.

                                            Q) Do you offer coupons or discounts?
                                            A) We do not offer coupons or discounts for products that are new. From time to time we do sell demo nets and goals. These nets are not in a used condition, but rather displayed at sporting expos or tournaments.

                                              Q) Do your soccer goals come in sets of two?
                                              A) Unfortunately, we do not offer soccer goals in sets. They only come as a single.

                                              Q) If I place a bulk order, can I get a discounted price?
                                              A) If a bulk order is placed, we can discount the shipping cost.

                                                Q) Can you change my ship to address after I placed an order?
                                                A) Please call us directly at (866) 950-6387 within a couple of hours after placing the order. We will do our best to catch the order in the automated system.
